Reporting suspected infringement
If you believe that content on vantageorigin.com infringes your copyright or trademark, send us a notice through our Contact Us page that includes:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the work you say is infringed, and proof of your rights if you have it.
- The web address (URL) of the content you say infringes, so we can find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your signature (typed full name is acceptable).
What we do
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and may remove or disable access to the content concerned. We may notify the person responsible and, where appropriate, end access for repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, contact us with your name, contact information, a description of the content and its location before removal, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice may have legal consequences.
