These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of tailwoven.com (the "Site") and to your purchases from tailwoven ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

2. Products and descriptions We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on screen and in print, and small variations in printed products are normal. We may change, discontinue or limit products at any time.

3. Made-to-order products All items are produced after you order, through print partners. Production, shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and can change without notice. Taxes, duties and shipping are added at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Order acceptance and errors Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, or cancel it, for example in case of a pricing or product information error, suspected fraud or lack of availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full.

6. Discounts and promotions Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with each offer and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property All designs, text, logos, images and other content on the Site belong to tailwoven or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no interference with its operation, no automated scraping, and no use of the Site to send spam or harmful code.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, tailwoven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where tailwoven's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the Site from that date.
