Track Your Order
Every item is made to order, so your order moves through a few stages before it reaches you.
How to track your order
- When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the link in that email, or paste the tracking number on the website of the carrier shown in the email.
- Use the order status link in your order confirmation email to see your order details at any time.
Order stages
- Order received: your payment is confirmed and your order is sent to production.
- In production: your item is being printed. Production usually takes 2-7 business days and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Shipped: your package is with the carrier and you receive a tracking number.
- Delivered: the carrier has delivered your package.
Good to know
- Tracking can take a few days to show movement after a shipping label is created.
- Items in one order can ship separately, each with its own tracking number.
- If you cannot find your email, check your spam or promotions folder.
