Returns and replacements

Every item at متجري is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a wrong size or color ordered. Please check product descriptions and size information before you buy.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or with a printing error, contact us at rofarofa24160352@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost orders

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended time, contact us and we will look into it with our print partner.
