Shipping Policy

1. Production time

Every item is made to order. After your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to a print partner. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before the order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it can be longer during holidays and busy seasons.

2. Shipping options and costs

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and the items in your cart. The final cost is always the one shown at checkout.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time starts when your order ships and depends on the destination, the carrier and local conditions. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Multiple packages

Items in one order may be produced in different locations. They can ship separately, arrive on different days and have separate tracking numbers. You are not charged extra for this.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we send an email with tracking information, where the carrier provides it. See Track Your Order.

6. Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. We cannot change or redirect an order after production has started. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender because of an address problem, reshipping may require payment of the shipping cost again.

7. International orders, customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by customs authorities, are not included in our prices unless shown at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control them and cannot predict their amount.

8. Delays, lost and damaged packages

Carriers can experience delays. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or the carrier reports your package lost, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number. If a package arrives damaged, see our Return Policy.
